这个时不需要搭建环境的吗，我用的搭建的，过程很复杂。如果不需要搭建那用起来还很方便。

把目录下的mey.dll改成mey.exe双击运行即可, 返回如下信息<br />

PaddleOCR WebApi服务器开始运行,端口：1981<br />
在本窗口输入 CTRL+C 组合键,停止运行服务<br />
WebApi连接地址:http://127.0.0.1:1981/ocr<br />
<br />
然后post提交信息:<br />
